The cottage, rated Visit Wales 4 stars, is on the edge of Pembrokeshire National Park, the only coastal park in the country with 186 miles of beautiful coastal path and unspoilt countryside. The Cottage is just 10 minutes' drive from an array of wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, watersports, sailing and surfing and the area is a haven for walkers, birdwatchers, artists, photographers and lovers of wildlife.
Bro Meigan House has a 6.5 acre Garden to which guests of the Cottage have free access, and a cosy traditional Tea Room which opens to the public from Easter to late summer. The owners manage the gardens with wildlife in mind and a large number of bird species (some rare), mammals and reptiles can be seen in the garden.
The owners have created a peaceful bolthole where visitors can escape the modern world and take inspiration from the beauty of nature. This would be a wonderful holiday cottage for a gardener.

Bro Meigan is a well equipped cosy one bedroom cottage that adjoins the owners' farmhouse. The Cottage is split level and has loads of character, with parts dating back to the 16th Century. It is well equipped and immaculately presented, so you can relax and enjoy lovely rustic features alongside modern convenience. It has been given a 4 star Visit Wales award.
The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater sofa, perfect for curling up on, original inglenook fireplace complete with woodburning stove, and a TV with Freeview/DVD. Logs for the wood burner are available to purchase from the owners and night storage heaters keep the Cottage warm. Several stairs lead from the living room to the kitchen, where you find fully equipped fitted cupboards, modern electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge. There are all the utensils you require for self-catering for 2 and dining space where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast before a day's exploring the lovely Pembrokeshire countryside.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with duvet and quality bed linen supplied. The room is equipped with bedroom furniture including a wardrobe, for ample hanging space. An en suite bathroom has been transformed by a recent refurbishment, with a walk-in shower cubicle complete with electric shower, a bath, wash hand basin and WC. The owners supply bath towels.
Outside, you'll find a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ - with many spots to choose from to enjoy the glorious garden, perfumed blooms, wildflowers and butterflies. Please note that the garden is not visible from within the cottage.
The cottage has off-road parking for one car, as well as ample space on the road at the front of the cottage. It has its own private entrance.
Bro Meigan is situated on the B4332 between Boncath and Eglwyswrw, 6 miles from Cardigan.
Electricity is included in the rental and night storage heaters when required provide heating. Logs for the wood burner are available from the owners.
