The Gower Peninsula offers spectacular beaches and lovely countryside. With 250km of coastal and hillside paths to explore, you can be as active or inactive as you desire! Swansea and the surrounding area was home to the poet Dylan Thomas, and the town has become well known in recent times for its numerous festivals which continue throughout the year, and celebrate all this area has to offer.

For visitors who want to travel further afield, the property offers opportunities for days out in the Brecon Beacons and Pembrokeshire. If you are missing a bustling metropolis, then Cardiff is only 45 minutes away, with it's unique castle and many sporting and theatrical venues. Dunvant lies on the outskirts of Swansea, and the inner border of the Gower, so offers the best of both worlds in terms of access to amenities and choice of attractions to visit, including Oxwich Castle, Penrice Castle and Oxwich Burrows National Nature Reserve. It retains a village feel, and there are a number of walks and a shop on the doorstep if you don't want to drive for a day or two. For keen golfers, the Gower Golf Club, with its lovely views over the Loughor Estuary, is approximately 1.5 miles away. A further 6 golf courses are within 10 miles.

Accommodation:
The property offers spacious and comfortable family accommodation with four double bedrooms and three living rooms downstairs. The large family bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower, and there is a further cloakroom with toilet and full size hand basin downstairs. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and dual fuel range cooker, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the conservatory which runs along the back of the house.

There is a peaceful and secluded rear garden, and off road parking for three cars at the front of the property.

Directions:
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 48. Follow the signs for Gowerton and then Dunvant. When you reach the square in Dunvant, you will need to turn right at the mini-roundabout following the signs for Three Crosses. The property is on the right at the top of the hill, just past the local Spar shop.

What's included:
Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating and electricity is included in the rental price. There is no extra charge for pets.

Change over day is Friday (for week and 3 day weekend) and Monday (4 day midweek break). Arrival time after 3.30pm, and departure time is before 10am. The owners offer 3 night weekend breaks (Fri - Mon) and night midweek breaks (Mon - Fri).
