This gorgeous 17th century cottage is located in the centre of the picturesque Welsh coastal village of Llwyngwril in the Snowdonia National Park. A lovely ten-minute walk takes you to the sheltered sand beach where you might see dolphins at play. Llwyngwril has two shops and a great local pub, which offers good food and a friendly welcome. Also in the village is the pretty Cafe Gwril, open most of the day and serving tasty full and vegetarian breakfasts, lunches and cream teas as well as a variety of evening meals.
Snowdonia, is a great place for walking in the mountains - the Cader Idris Range is on the doorstep. There is spectacular scenery, lakes and waterfalls to explore, as well as the beaches of Cardigan Bay. There is lots to do and see in the area including steam railways, fishing, golf, bird watching, pony trekking and canoeing. This lovely cottage is near The Alternative Technology Centre and makes for a great place to stay if you are visiting CAT.
