The cottage is just outside St Clears, a small seaside town just 10 miles west of the bustling town of Carmarthen. Laugharne Castle is approx 10 minutes away and the shopping town of Narberth approx 20 minute drive. Adjacent to the barn is 40 acres of private woodland with tracks suitable for walking at all times of the year and the valley is perfect for birdwatching - at the last count there was 47 species!
