On the doorstep of the cottage is the Crychan Forest, with an abundance of walking and cycling trails where a variety of wildlife such as red kites, sparrowhawks, buzzards and the peregine falcon can be spotted. The owners can organise fully equipped cycle hire straight to your door.
The cottage is located near the ancient market town of Llandovery, with all amenities including post office, railway station, supermarket, pubs and restaurants. For fishing enthusiasts, there is fishing on the rivers Towy, Bran and Gwydderig. Pony trekking is also available near this gorgeous cottage. This is a holiday cottage to suit walkers, wildlife lovers and anyone who is seeking a relaxing holiday exploring South West Wales.

This cottage in an idyllic location provides holiday accommodation for a large family. The fully restored period holiday home sleeps up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms. The cottage is situated next to a working livestock farm. It has a spacious lounge, with comfortable leather sofas and a large chiminea in the inglenook hearth. There is a dining room with semi circular stone fireplace with bread oven, and table that seats 9. The kitchen is superbly equipped with electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all the equipment you could wish for such as a slow cooker and a steamer. It really is home from home.
This wonderful self-catering accommodation for a large group has 5 bedrooms - a downstairs room, with double bed and ensuite shower room. Upstairs, the cottage is equipped with a beautifully furnished master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a bath, washhand basin and WC. There are another 3 bedrooms in the cottage, a double, a single and a twin beds perfect for children. There is a gorgeous family bathroom on the first floor with bath and overhead shower.
This cottage is surrounded by a large enclosed garden and private patio with garden furniture and barbecue. There is ample private parking for a number of cars.
