Brewery Cottage is situated near the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. The cottage is close to the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park, where walkers can enjoy the unspoilt Pembrokeshire coast and coastal path, glorious sandy beaches and abundant wildlife. The nearby Preseli Hills also provides beautiful countryside for walkers to enjoy.
The county of Carmarthenshire is known as “The Garden of Wales”. If you explore the area, you'll find out why it is a fitting description. As well as the beautiful landscape, the area is home to National Botanical Garden of Wales, where the Great Glasshouse houses plant species from around the globe. You'll also find historic castles, including Careg Cennen which stands in a spectacular situation above the river Cennen, and you'll be able to explore the historic towns such as Tenby, Pembroke and St Davids. There are many attractions to visit, including the Welsh Wildlife Centre, Oakwood Theme Park and Aberglasney House and Gardens.

Accommodation: Brewery Cottage has an open living and kitchen area with downstairs toilet, and a large master bedroom with double bed and shower area upstairs. Views of the Taf river can be seen from the cottage. The neighbouring the village pub, the Plash Inn, has a beer garden where you can relax and enjoyed a drink after a long day sightseeing. The pub also provides a great selection of real ales and homemade pizzas.
Location/Directions: From Carmarthen follow the A40 to St Clears, at the end of dual carriage way continue on A40 to Whitland. Once at first roundabout straight over on A40 (whitland Bypass) at Blackbridge Roundabout take second exit still on A40. Continue up steep hill into Llandewi Ffelfry, pass the Garage on the left, and take the next right turn signposted Llanfallteg before the ParcyLlan pub.
Follow the road approx. 2.5 miles into the village of LLanfallteg, over the riverbridge and on approach to the main part of the village the pub, Plash Inn is on the left. Take the left drive behind the Plash and the Cottage is within the grounds of the Pub.
What's included: Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating and electricity is included in the rental price. Small well behaved dogs allowed by prior arrangement and for a small fee.
Change over day is Saturday, with check-in after 3pm and departure by 10am. week breaks and weekends available.
